This was our original rub and seasoning creation for beer can chicken, but it kind of grew beyond that when folks were telling us they were using it in so many other ways.

This curry based rub and seasoning is spiked with orange and lemon rind, a pinch of cayenne and a bit of California garlic. Extremely compatible with most any protein you could rub it or sprinkle it on. Put this rub and seasoning on Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Pork, Veal, Shrimp and Fish.

We have also made great rice using this rub and seasoning (Simply follow package instructions to cook the rice, and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of kowboy kwAZeen BEER KAN KURRY for every cup of dry rice). kowboy kwAZeen BEER KAN KURRY rub and seasoning is also insanely tasty to prepare quinoa!
