This rub and seasoning was created for one of my 4th of July backyard parties and I used it on chicken. Then a few years later I tried this rub and seasoning on salmon,,, and WOW!!!

This is an international favorite, with nuanced characteristics of Indian spices, with a very subtle touch of curry and coriander, that makes this rub and seasoning perfect on salmon, pork, lamb chops, scallops or shrimp.

Add kowboy kwAZeen DESERT DUST rub and seasoning to Hummus for a great veggie and flat bread dip. This rub and seasoning is absolutely excellent when mixed with olive oil to season cauliflower, broccoli, and or carrots (any vegetable really) for a deliciously easy roasted veggie.

For a funky pizza, paint a flat bread with olive oil, sprinkle liberally with kowboy kwAZeen DESERT DUST rub and seasoning, add some feta cheese and bake til crispy. You could add some Kalamata olives or some chopped tomato.
